Brent founded Bats Foundation Repair in 2017 and built the company from the ground up. In the early days, that meant running leads, finding crews, answering phones, scheduling jobs, and driving tens of thousands of miles a year across Texas. Today, he remains closely involved in the day-to-day business, overseeing operations and sales, managing the team, evaluating new technologies, and continuing to build and improve the company.

A Fort Worth native and Harvard University graduate, Brent has built Bats around a straightforward philosophy: operate with integrity, give homeowners clear options, and never sell more work than a home needs. He believes in setting realistic expectations, being clear about what a repair can and cannot accomplish, and delivering the level of service, workmanship, and product quality homeowners should expect from a professional foundation repair company.

Brent is especially proud of the team Bats has built, the homeowners the company has helped, and the systems put in place to support both customers and the families who depend on the company. His goal is simple: continue building Bats into the best foundation repair company in the industry while remaining a local business homeowners can trust.

Brent lives in Austin and, outside of work, enjoys rock climbing and traveling.

Calvin is a Texas A&M University graduate who has called Central Texas home since 2008. With a professional background in banking, the mortgage industry, and real estate, he brings years of experience working with people and helping them navigate important decisions.

At Bats Foundation Repair, Calvin enjoys meeting homeowners, understanding their concerns, and helping them find the right solution for their property. He values building relationships with his customers and providing straightforward, helpful guidance throughout the process. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his wife and two children.

Rony is a committed foundation specialist with more than five years of experience at BATS Foundation Repair. His background in real estate enhances his expertise, allowing him to bring a well-rounded perspective to every project. Outside of his professional role, Rony enjoys exploring state parks, playing guitar, and spending quality time with his son. His enthusiasm for both his work and personal interests drives him to approach each day with dedication and passion.

August, a native Texan, has been living in Central Texas for six years. At BATS Foundation Repair, he thrives on meeting customers and discovering the unique features of various homes throughout the region. Outside of work, August enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as his two dogs. He also loves traveling whenever the opportunity arises. His dedication to his role and personal interests reflects a genuine commitment to excellence and a well-balanced life.
